Program and Project Managers
In addition to doing the traditional project administration and mechanics, NOVON Program and Project managers are leaders and advisors to our clients. By the sheer nature of the role, you help nurture our client relationships by demonstrating strong leadership, facilitation, conflict management, risk management, negotiation and communication skills.
Analysts
Whether Business, Data, Financial, or Other, NOVON analysts possess the untrainable and insatiable need to get to the root. The drive to truly understand the business problem to be solved, the diligence to validate assumptions and sources of truth, and the persistence to continue to push back and keep digging even when others have given up is the strength of a great analyst.
